10/01/03 - Looks like my source was right after all. From the SickCity webpage:

for those of you waiting for the new PIG album - the good news, it is finished. and the even better news is that it is not a PIG album. Raymond with co-producer Eden and their many collaborators are now embarking on a new band named WATTS. the album is aptly entitled 'PIGMARTYR'. Raymond is devoting the next 2 1/2 months to KMFDM's North American tour, and hopefully in that time, a label will step into the breach to bring you this latest chapter in the gospel according to WATTS.
